Welcome to the MCXXM family!

We are proud to welcome Comcast Xfinity employees from three corporate locations to the MCXXM family. The locations will transition to MCXXM over the course of August and September.

Founded in 2016, MCXXM began operating Xfinity-branded partner stores in 2026. We have already grown to 11 locations—with many more planned across Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, and Alabama. We also operate Cox Communications stores in Arizona, California, and Nevada. We bring over 25 years of telecom retail experience with 100+ store operations with T-Mobile and AT&T in the past.

Your experience, knowledge, and commitment to serving Xfinity customers will make you an invaluable addition to our team. We are thrilled to have you join us and look forward to building on the strong foundation you have created in your stores and communities. As MCXXM continues to grow, so will the opportunities available to our people. We are committed to creating a workplace where team members feel supported, can develop their skills, and have meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Our goal is to consider employees for opportunities at their current location, but final placement will depend on business needs, available roles, qualifications and staffing decisions.

We will evaluate everyone's current title and position and ensure they are transferred over to the equivalent role, as available

Compensation details will be discussed with candidates during the offer process, but every one that will be transitioning will have options to keep their current pay for the time being.

MCXXM uses its own compensation and commission structure. Details will be shared with employees who move forward in the process but everyone that will be transitioning will have options to keep their current commission plan for the time being.
